Cacao circle for nuturing with Zorah Cholmondeley
Shamanic journey circle to meet the spirit of grandmother cacao to receive wisdom and healing with Zorah.
What to expect - we will drink ceremonial grade Peruvian cacao sweetened with rose and agave. This will not be like your regular hot chocolate !!! It is not as sweet and I make it with hot water not milk, to ensure we experience its full magic. Then we will journey to a rapid drum beat which creates an altered state of awareness and meet the spirit of cacao to receive Her wisdom and healing.
Cacao is a gentle plant medicine that has been used ceremonially throughout history by the Mayans and other indigenous tribes.
Pure Cacao contains amongst other things, Phenylethylamine known as the love molecule, anandamide responsible for a sense of bliss and theobromine, a vasodilator conferring an energised, yet relaxed state of being, clarity and focus.

Bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket for your comfort and water to rehydrate afterwards.
