FAQs

  • Can I park at Elmslie House?

As Elmslie House is a private home, there’s no parking at the house as access to the driveway is needed all the time. However, there is a pay and display car park nearby (on Priory Road) and plenty of on street parking in the roads surrounding the house.

Workshops will be taking place on the lower ground floor, so access to the house will be through the gate on Albert Road South (where there is on street parking).

If you are a Blue Badge holder, there are double yellow lines outside Elmslie House.

  • Is Elmslie House accessible for wheelchair users?

Access to the lower ground floor (where workshops are being held) is through the kitchen. There is one step from the garden level and we have a ramp if wheelchair access is required.

We will need to know before the day if you have mobility issues or would prefer to avoid a flight of stairs. Please call or email to let us know and we can make arrangements.
